I use Outlook Express, every time i send an email it a pop up asks if i want to send it HTML or plain help.?

is this normal, with other email i sometimes get that I cant send mail because I dont have a valid certificate what or how can I fix this.

Hey, try this;

1. Tools>Options.
2. Click on the "Send" tab.
3. Make sure that either HTML or Plain Text is selected under "Mail Sending Format".

I doubt this will work but it’s worth a try.
