I am using a modalpopupextender from the AJAX tool kit, to pop up controls when I click a button, it works - except all listboxes on the page disappear, except for the ones within the popup window - how do I fix this?
It only seems to effect lsitboxes, bullet lists, drop downs and textboxes work [...]

I have a ajax popup that grays out the screne but any select drop boxes that are behind the popup bleed through in IE6, because IE6 doesn’t understand z-indexing on select boxes. So I used a big transparent iframe to gray out the screen. This works perfect with no bleeding.
